Zappos and Canada Post
Uh-oh, ordered a cute bracelet from Zappos to Canada. It was delivered to someone else. The envelope was pretty small, so it was easy, I guess, to put it in a wrong box. Anyways, I called Zappos and resolved the issue in seconds. I loved Zappos for the merchandise before. Now I love them for the merchandise and the customer service. Bravo! In fact, it was definitely the post office error, but Zappos helped me as it was their problem, not mine.
