Dress up time for toddler girls

While it’s definitely fall weather around, we feel like dressing up and showing up our best style. The good news that you don’t need lots of money to get a new dress for your little one. Prices start from $35 for bright and cozy Hanna Andersson dress, go through Paper Wings, US Angels and Janie and Jack with the price tag up to $99 and end with Little Marc Jacobs and D&G retailing for $219. I cannot tell the price only by looking at the dress ;)

Live green, reuse your designer ideas

I like (almost) everything Marc Jacobs is doing. But sometimes he reuses his own ideas so often, so I’m (almost) ready to complaint and switch. For example, he’s recreating new mice ballet flats every season. I love them, but I already own two pairs, so just stop selling them, I want to be unique ;) . Well, mice are so cute, I cannot blame him for this.

Anyway, his Bow wow wow Anabella series that include rings, pendants, studs, bangles and necklaces was a big hit this summer. Therefore, of course, there is a new, slightly fancier Bow wow wow Anabella fall 2010 version. Like with mice ballet flats, I want to blame but I cannot resist buying it.

Marc Jacobs shoulder bags

May 23rd, 2010 Posted in Bags Tags: ,

Just saw those Marc Jacobs shoulder bags in a store. They are perfect. Big enough to hold everything you need (excluding your notebook, but hey, aren’t you getting iPad along with Google Docs? :) ) plus a few copies of your favorite magazines. On the other hand, they don’t look too over sized. Classic Q’s pebbled leather is nice to touch and pretty thick; your day won’t be ruined if the thing will be scratched. Additional adjustable removable shoulder strap is just the right size for me (I’m a tall girl) and the logo plaque adds a playful hint. Classic Q petite version comes in black, steel, green and wave. Classic Q version comes in black, gray and dark green (at least what I saw). The difference with the new Q is the latter comes with canvas removable shoulder strap; it makes the bag more casual, the leather is thinner and the colors are brighter. My favorite is Classic Q non-petite in gray (the first one on the picture). Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
